We don't publish set prices, because no two homes are the same — a roofline is a different job on a ranch than it is on a two-story. Send us a photo and we'll price your actual house, line by line, so you can see exactly what you're paying for before you commit. The lights are yours to keep — we store them, and next year's renewal costs less.
We already know your yard.
Most light installers only do rooflines. We build patios, walls, walkways and landscapes across Oakland County all year — so we light the whole property, not just the gutter line. We know where your beds, trees and hardscape are, we protect your plantings and lawn, and we design the display to fit the house, not the other way around.
Our promises

Most installs run from late October through mid-December, and we schedule them in the order they're booked. If your timing falls outside that window, ask anyway — we'll work with you.
Questions
Do I own the lights?
Yes. They're yours. We label, test and store them at our facility, then bring them back next season.
What if a bulb or strand goes out?
Call or text us. We're back within 48 hours to fix it at no charge.
When do the lights come down?
Between January 2 and January 20. If your HOA has an earlier deadline, tell us and we'll schedule around it.
Will you damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use professional clips — never nails or staples — and protect your landscaping while we work.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can reach an outdoor outlet. We'll text you before we arrive and when we're done.
How does payment work?
Materials are due at signing — that's what reserves your install date. The balance is due on install day.
Does next year cost the same?
No. You already own the lights, so next year's renewal costs less.
What if I want something that isn't in a package?
Every design is custom. Tell us what you want in the form and it will be in your design.
